Most of their pumps are in the 30-35 lph area, with one way up at 65 lph (I suspect this is the pump used on the newer motors). The psi is really something that I would expect is created by the pulse line to draw fuel into the pump and really isn't related to pressure pushing the fuel out. Snowmobile fuel pump problems can be diagnosed. A vacuum fuel pump is used on snowmobiles with carburetors. The first thing to look at is the vacuum line that will run to the crankcase. If this hose has any cracks, leaks or is not clamped tightly on to the crankcase fitting, it will not pump fuel. Snowmobile fuel pump problems can be diagnosed.
